Loan Business Loans are provided by the U.S. Network Bank. Your firm may apply by clicking the Forms and Submissions link at left. Then complete the loan advance or actual loan request form. Business plans must be submitted to the central office prior to applying for the full loan. Loans are granted for a term of 84 months at a rate of 8% compounded monthly.
